Refund Policy

​We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in it's original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. Items such as personalized products, perishable goods, and sale items marked final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
